Had an amazing time at the Lebanese restaurant with an incredible view. the waiter at the rib room was exceptional. Definitely coming back! the POOL WITH A VIEW was even better in person!

Paradise for all ages; from Turkish baths to water sports and world-class dining. The resort's spa is a must-visit, offering luxurious treatments. The rooms are elegantly furnished with modern amenities. Family-friendly features include a kids' club and kid-friendly facilities. The on-site dining options cater to various tastes. The location on the West Crescent offers stunning views and access to a range of activities. I felt like royalty with the 24-hour butler service in the Royal Residences. A perfect blend of luxury and fun in a palm-shaped setting.

Jumeirah is beautifully styled, with deceptively large rooms and high-standard facilities. the F&B options are enjoyable, making our stay very comfortable and pleasant.

The Zabeel Saray surpassed all my expectations with its luxurious Palm view room, outstanding customer service, and stunning spa facilities. The attention to detail in the decor and the wide variety of dining options made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend, despite minor water charges.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of experiencing the exclusive treatments at the Talise Ottoman Spa at Jumeirah. The spa, which boasts the Middle East's largest Turkish bath and spans 8000 sqm, offered a truly indulgent retreat. The large outdoor pool surrounded by tropical gardens provided a serene and relaxing ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. My visit to the spa included a rejuvenating massage, ensuring a blissful escape from the hustle and bustle of work life.

Room mix-up caused inconvenience.

Staff at the breakfast restaurant were wonderful and the spa staff very helpful. This resort offers a family-friendly atmosphere with beautiful rooms and excellent service. The spa facilities, especially the steam sauna and show room, were outstanding for relaxation. The nearby landmarks such as Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark added to our family bonding experience. My stay was truly memorable thanks to the fantastic facilities and friendly staff.

The attention to detail, such as personalized touches in the room and excellent e-butler service, made our stay stress-free and memorable. One improvement would be to provide water at the restaurants as well.

The hotel's swanky vibe and awesome staff made it lit! The beach was like a private paradise and the spa was insane! We partied hard at the club and chilled at the pool. Plus, the food was next level! We even used our vouchers at the other Jumeirah spots! We felt like VIPs!

The only thing that'd make it even better is if the hotel had a dedicated party area with DJ nights for us young peeps to turn up the energy even more!

The rooms at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray are like a dream- comfy beds, parquet floors, and luxurious amenities made me feel like Ottoman royalty. As a nature lover, I appreciated the calming elements and direct access to the spa.

Some might find the iPod docking stations a bit outdated.

This hotel offered an amazing luxurious experience for us. the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, Outdoor swimming pool, Beach access, and Beauty treatment amazed us. the service was absolutely exceptional, as the staff always made sure our every need was fulfilled. the restaurant provided delicious dinner options including Special diet menus and the In-room breakfast was exceptional. the private facilities such as the Poolside snack bar and Bar/ Lounge area were absolutely enjoyable.

Although the pool area was beautiful and had Sun loungers to relax in, there were very few Beach umbrellas which caused some inconvenience.

The Jumeirah Zabeel Saray was an exceptional hotel that far exceeded our expectations. From arrival to departure, all our needs were met. The staff were truly exceptional, providing unfaultable attention to detail and service. The location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, offering quiet and solitude. The resort exuded pure luxury, with stunning Ottoman-themed decor throughout. The highlight for me was the incredibly relaxing Ottoman Spa, complete with fantastic facilities. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were gorgeous. it was an amazing and unforgettable stay, and I am already looking forward to coming back.

Jumeirah is in a league of its own. Impeccably clean rooms, luxurious bedding, and a deluxe bath! the spa, beach, and kayaking are exceptional. Amala restaurant offers unique Indian dishes. Staff are helpful and attentive.

The rooms were large and beautifully decorated in traditional Arabian style. The oversized marble bathtubs were a luxurious touch. The hotel had a private sand beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location of the hotel was great, away from the hustle and bustle but still easily accessible. The staff were attentive and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The half board voucher was a good deal, great to dine in various restaurants. The buffet at Imperium had a wide selection of international cuisine.

The check-in process was slow and we were initially given a small room with a disappointing view. The bed had smelly sheets and the bath was broken.

Located near the Wild Wadi water park, we had a stunning adventure at this wonderful attraction. Dining experiences were enjoyable at only the a la carte restaurants, with Amala and Al Nafoorah being particularly delightful. The beach was peaceful, with attentive lifeguards and iced water available on request. The rooms were beautiful with spacious bathrooms, comfy beds, and cleaned twice daily. Breakfast was an impressive treat that took two hours to fully enjoy. The Ottoman Spa was a standout highlight, with warm saltwater swimming pools and snack areas.

The dining experience at one restaurant could be improved, due to poor lighting and unremarkable food.

Arrived to a warm welcome at Jumeirah. Exceptional staff made our stay superb! Room and bath were luxurious, with superb furnishings and service. Beach staff were welcoming, providing towels and cold water. Half board option allowed us to enjoy multiple hotel restaurants. Kids had a blast, and birthday celebration exceeded expectations. Top-notch service from start to end at this amazing property.

During our one-week stay at this hotel, we were truly stunned by the impeccable service and facilities. Our room featured a breathtaking view of the sea and skyline from JBR, and the spacious bathroom, especially the bathtub, was simply unbelievable. the room service exceeded our expectations, ensuring our room was meticulously prepared twice a day. the beach and pool service were exceptional, offering refreshing treats and attentive care. Dining at Imperium, Zenzi Beach, Amala, and Shimmers was a culinary delight, with outstanding food quality and attentive staff. the hotel's Ottoman-themed Talise Spa was a standout feature, offering top-notch wellness facilities and a luxurious atmosphere throughout the property.

The hotel's ambiance is a bit dim, and some areas feel a bit dated, including the rooms. Construction around the hotel slightly detracts from the serene island vibe.

the hotel is impressively clean and well-maintained. it's in a cool - remote spot - away from the city's hustle. the staff is always ready to help and will make your stay wonderful.

The rooms were fabulous, with a stunning ocean view and a massive marble bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Not to mention the welcoming and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. One suggestion would be to consider increasing breakfast buffet staff during busy times for quicker service.

We had an enjoyable stay here. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. They allowed us to check in early and check out late, great. The spacious room was clean and had a huge bathtub. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options. We were pleased to find out that this hotel had a gym, pool area and beach with plenty of sun loungers to relax on.

We had an amazing time at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, with the kids enjoying the fantastic children's playroom, private gym, and convenient private parking. The playroom kept them entertained for hours, allowing my wife and I some well-deserved relaxation time. It was a worry-free and enjoyable family stay.

My children wanted more outdoor activities for families with kids.

the spa was absolutely amazing, with unique features like a snow room that I had never seen before. the whole hotel was beautifully decorated in a luxurious style, and they have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. From the e-butler service on WhatsApp to the delicious room service, everything was top-notch. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and can't wait to visit again.

Feasting at the resort's Indian restaurant was like stumbling upon a culinary treasure trove. The tantalizing aroma of exotic spices, combined with the vibrant colors and rich flavors, transported me to an enchanting world of taste, as if Aladdin's genie had granted my foodie wishes.

I love staying here! They helped me with sim cards on my first visit. It has everything I need, including Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour room service, and a host of activities. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Lots of restaurants to choose from, great food options, plenty of activities to keep me entertained, beautiful beach, luxurious royal residences.

Oh, just a minor detail, couldn't find a tennis court since I really wanted to play a match while sunbathing.
